They were really rude and disrespectful. Told me to never call or text again. Treated me worse than a dog. We had an appointment to see a house in Albertville on September 14 2023 and my wife broke her upper arm and we couldn't make it. So they showed me what kind of people they are. Sorry.

Rentals are some of the most overpriced in the area. They put many stipulations and arbitrary rules on their rental properties. I would look elsewhere, unless you enjoy being ripped off. They also hate pets, you won't see a single location that doesn't have "NO PETS" sloppily copy-and-pasted into the description. Give your business to less greedy renters, these corporate property managers are why rent has skyrocketed in this area.

Mr Mark is very good at what he is doing. My dad Jean rent from him, service was excellent 👌. Even after we buy the house, he is still there to help with some things. Thanks for my dad Jean Etienne

Company asks for money for an application before they’ll agree to show their property. They’re all over the Internet on Zillow and trulia but still have alabama business practices that scream scam to any saavy American. I was super stoked to rent from them and move to Guntersville but I’m not going to waste my time if I can’t even see the house I’m wasting $40 to apply for. If I’m denied I can’t even get my money back! Great business practices ! I’m already going to have to drive 45 mins to see the house from Huntsville. I wanted their house and would do anything to get it but I’m good now.

I submitted an application online for a house that was up for rent. They call to let me know they have receive my application along with others saying it is first come first serve. They said they will call me back. They never did. I was not upset that somebody else beat me to it, but do not be telling people you will call back if you are not going to do it.

They're an excellent company to rent from. Very timely with their responses, and they go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of. I would definitely recommend.

Met with Leif Thornton today to look at properties. Exceptionally professional and friendly. Would seek out again when in town
