My youngest daughter absolutely loves strawberries so when I saw there was a strawberry festival I knew we had to go. There were many more positive than negative but I’ll list it below… POSITIVE: they had a ton of vendors, which is always great because they’re local people and there were a lot of them. Plus a lot of food trucks which are all local so it’s nice supporting the community while also doing something to entertain your kids lol. There was never a dull moment, and there was always something to go see, ride, shop for, it was a lot of fun!! Be prepared to walk so because it takes up a very wide area, so you definitely need to be prepared for that. NEGATIVE: THE PRICE OF RIDES!!!! Omg the cost cost to ride. The ride was absolutely ridiculous.!!!!! I spent over $100 just so everybody could ride a couple things. I remember when I was young. The fair used to be a fun family activity that you could spend a whole evening or day at but anymore that price was simply not doable for so many people. Also, the parking is a huge issue, but they do have buses that will take you up there, but be prepared because you will need to have your patience with you. Lol. Overall, though we did have a really good time! It started to get pretty crowded, but we were fine. And it was another girl day memory for me and my girls. Can’t beat that.

I truly enjoyed my visit there this was the first time I have ever came and is planning on next year.. next year I plan on coming down on a Friday getting the hotel room and enjoying a whole day in Loxley Alabama... Everyone was so kind and sweet..

We enjoyed ourselves today. Parking was easy. The venue is clean, with huge trees that provide lots of shade. There were tons of vendors selling arts and crafts. Plenty of food with a ton of variety. We were disappointed that the cars from the car show had left by 2:30 today (Sunday). Also, the people selling the strawberry shortcake, ran out of strawberries around 3:00. A basket of strawberries was $15 and a tray was $37. That's too rich for our blood. We'll get ours at the grocery store.

Had a great day at the Festival, even with the rain. Enjoyed car show. 04/13/2025 Tried car show again, somebody in Loxely thought it was a good idea to trade the car show for a Carnival. Gave them the spot and moved car show to a small patch by entrance road. Loser decision, the car show is a draw, a carnival gives nothing and takes it with them when they leave. Bad decision. We had a good show anyway

We were very excited to check it out. I've lived here in the area since I was 11 but just have never made it out to it. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of strawberries at the strawberry festival...we walked by around 50 vendors, yet only 1 stand even remotely strawberry related...they were selling straw berry shortcake for 10 a pop, but it was as small as the cups you can buy at Walmart...the rides were atrocious. There was no order. No knowledge of what was going on. You only find out the prices by getting to the kiosk, if you even make it there...the cost of tickets was more than going to the Pensacola or Mobile fairs. My wife and our family really wanted to like this event...but there was just no way getting around the fact that it was overcrowded by vendors, most of which had nothing to do with strawberries. Very disappointed.

More festival than strawberry. Great if you bring the kids and let them play. One small area has strawberries and they were horribly over priced. Where are the preserves, jam, cakes and other food made with berries? Why so damn expensive? I'll go to freaking Walmart.

Other than the cute vendor items there wasn't much strawberry stuff. Not to eat or drink. Kinda disappointing. Just basically your regular event with some fair rides and food, plus vendors with the occasional strawberry theme.
