Good service every time, but then again it’s the same girl every time. To the theatre itself- it’s definitely in need of a refresh and a good deep clean. But that’s hard to accomplish with minimal staff and minimum wage. Dwindling theatre sales since streaming have killed many places, so the cost cutting is more evident. I saw a movie on premiere day and there was maybe 10 people. Another thing to note, if you’re making your choice of showtime based on the 21+ marker…it’s not true. There were several kids in a 21+ showing and they did exactly what I wanted to avoid by booking this time. Talk, open mouth sneeze, and in general make noise. It’s also the parents fault for bringing them to a 21+ showing. That being said, I don’t hate this theatre at all. Tuesdays are 5 dollars, it’s usually empty- which is more enjoyable for me. 3 Stars for worn out seats and letting children into what should be an adults only showing.

What has happened to this place? Its dirty, the workers are absolutely SLOW and LAZY. I cleaned up a theater because it was actually in shambles there was 5 workers behind the counter when it wasnt even busy. But theaters are gross. And on top of that, they're not busy but they make NOOOOO hot food, at 7pm showings on a weekend when it is fairly popular Do better Pt 2. They also will claim they dont have hot food then the workers will go back and make themselves food in front of the customers. Its like special needs week every week here.

Ok multi-screen theater with concession stand, small arcade, restrooms and comfortable, but not reclining seats. Ticket purchase is slow due to the main ticket window being closed, with tickets purchased from the concessions stand. While beers and wine are advertised, reportedly the bar has been closed for some time.

The kids love it, and I have never had any problems. The self-service ticket machines are great because you can buy online and print them out without having to stand in line or talk to anyone. It's pretty clean inside.

I've never had a bad experience and their matinee show prices are a good deal. Sometimes they won't have smaller films that only get shown in Anchorage but that doesn't happen too often.

This place is dirty everytime my family goes. They don't clean in-between showings. Popcorn all over the floor. Bathroom disgusting. They never have their full menu because their oven is broken. The bistro is always closed. This has been an ongoing problem since Covid and is ridiculous. We can only ever justify going there if it is a $5 movie night and even $5 is to much for the poor service we receive here.

This place is disgusting. The floors are sticky and there is popcorn everywhere. The bathrooms were a mess and overall the place had a pretty depressing vibe. This place honestly looks like it’s going out of business. The customer service was pretty good, which is the only reason I’m giving the extra star. My girlfriend got food poisoning from the popcorn, so be careful. Would not recommend.

I would recommend they actually clean and maybe make the place more here and not going to look out of business. Otherwise then that the place is pretty good with movies and friendly people. As you can see that is the floor in the movie theater dirty and not taken care of!
