Does not let you cancel membership easily. I've been waiting two months for a response and nothing. They've made it incredibly hard to cancel so they can get more money out of you, hoping that if they wait long enough that you'll want to watch something and keep the membership.

Loving the new premier seats, snacks should be cheaper but you can bring your own. They should also have more staff popping into the film there were some young lads being annoying it's nice they were having fun but it impacted the start of the film and I'm not sure they even bought tickets from what they were snickering to themselves! Staff we did see tho were polite friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable rare evening out with my boys.

Seats are too close together and my husband who is over 6 ft his knees touch the ones in front, very uncomfortable, I've tried the premium seats and not a fan either. The staff are lovely but the cinema isn't the best.

Staff claimed that access for disabled people with a companion requires a CEA card. I explained that not everyone can acquire a card from every national carers programme and that they're allowed to accept PIP certification, which details my need for a companion. They refused. I later called the accessibility line, and the second star (which I've now removed, thanks to the generic response from Odeon Colchester, and their inability to even read my review properly) is for their staff member who was reassuring and kind and confirmed that I didn't need a CEA card. She pre-booked the tickets and was thorough and thoughtful. Unfortunately, I felt too embarrassed to return and argue my case to the three members of staff who refused. As above, I did not return to the venue so did not receive the "reassurance I needed" nor should the Colchester team be relying on the national accessibility staff to resolve their issues with discrimination against disabled customers.

Went to the Colchester branch this evening and Jasmin was helping me with food etc - really friendly and helpful - went the extra mile. All the staff I came across were really kind and welcoming 👍 👍 👍
