Good location easy road access. Cinema 1 screen and sound great. Avatar is over 3 hours long so had to return to the car to place a cinema parking permit, would be better if this could have been done electronically as I had parked some distance away so long trek back and forth. However the main issue is that the VIP seats are upright, no recline adjustment possible and no footstool. We chose this venue as the Google description for Cramlington Vue said this venue had reclining seats. Very disappointing as the seats are quite substantially more cost than the normal seats and only give slightly better padding and armrests but nothing more. Don’t buy vip seats at this Vue, it’s not worth paying almost double for a small benefit

Went there on a date afternoon and was amazed how good the experience was I haven't been to the cinema for 30 years didn't even know this was here anyway got there chose a film paid £4.99 on line what i didn't know was if you are a Blue light card holder you get the tickets for £3.99 each and we watched the new conjuring, horror film it was fantastic only 8 people in but was fantastic the quality the surround sound just the whole experience will definitely be going once a month now. If you haven't been get yourself there you won't be disappointed.

Have been coming to the Cramlington Vue since around 2013 now, and have never had an issues at all. Customer service has always been friendly, and staff in general have been friendly. Food prices are a bit high now, but thats the same with most places for the times we are in.

Cinema 6 was very dirty ! Popcorn crumbs left on seats .Liquid and chocolate nuts or raisins in the cup holders . I would have thought they would be checked and at least a quick clean up after each session

I have been to the Vue a few times and have to say its the filthiest cinema I have been to. My sister and I had to clean our seats off before sitting down, most of the others looked the same. Food all over the floor, the toilets were filthy with toilet roll everywhere. Corridors had food and rubbish all over, probably due to overflowing bins. Told the girl on the ticket 'podium' she just looked bored and couldn't even be bothered to answer. Its a good local cinema, get more staff in and clean the place up!
