The luxx theatre is great! Comfortable reclining seats. We had an issue with our booking due to a problem with the projector, but the staff were super accommodating and gave us a heads up prior to arriving at the cinema. Tomas was super helpful and very kind to us. Thank you!

I watched Tron Ares on the Luxx screen. Small screen, low contrast, dirt on screen. Sound was okay except speakers couldn't handle strong bass. Silent motorised reclining seats with cup holders. Seat row letters not labelled. An agreeable 10 minutes of advertisements before movie. Friendly, competent staff. Unintelligible website. Would not go again.

Film was out of focus (screen 3). Told the staff in the first 5 minutes. They said they'd 'have a look'. We were also trying to look but it was very difficult, and you could feel your eyes straining. Security guard was friendly. Won't be back.

Disappointing Experience at Screen 5 LUXX** I recently watched *Mission: Impossible* at Screen 5 LUXX and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the interior was nicely designed and the seats were comfortable, the cinema failed to deliver the immersive, theatrical experience I was expecting. The sound quality was poor — not only was it lacking clarity, but it also wasn’t loud enough to match the intensity of an action film. It genuinely felt like I was watching the movie on a regular television at home rather than in a premium cinema. The picture quality was just okay, nothing exceptional. For a cinema that markets itself as a high-end experience, I strongly suggest upgrading the sound system to match expectations. Overall, not worth the price for what should have been a top-tier viewing experience.
