This theater has potential but needs some major upgrades. No reserved reclining seats, no early tickets, and as I sit here waiting on the movie to start, it’s about 85 degrees. I think next time I’ll drive a little farther to be more comfortable.

The theater was kept pretty clean, concession stand attendants were engaged and attentive, theater seats comfortable enough. Food and drink prices are quite high. Pay the extra 2 bucks and refill your bucket! Maybe each theatre has a different set of standards because this trip seats were broken, A/C was not working. Spent 2 hours uncomfortable and full of sweat.

I was at the theater yesterday. It does need a face uplift, but that didn't bother me too much. I've been a regular customer for over 15 years. But, yesterday there were a couple of things that really were neglected. The air-conditioning was off in theater #6, a gentleman went and asked for it to be turned on, which it was for an hour or so and then it was turned off again way before the movie was over. I was fanning myself with my movie ticket to try & cool off. That was unacceptable. When the movie was over, I headed to the restroom, you could smell urine way before you got close to it. This was horrible. I have never in the 15 years I have attended this theater seen this type of negligence. It was very sad and unexpected. I Don know of they have new owners or poor leadership. I pray it was a one day issue. If not, I will drive to Watkinsville to begun seeing movies there.

My experience at this theater was extremely disappointing. The screen quality was outdated. The picture lacked the sharpness and clarity you’d expect from a theater. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working. The theater was uncomfortably hot, stuffy, and even smelled bad. The overall cleanliness was also a major issue—the entire space felt neglected and dirty. For the price of admission, this was nowhere near the standard it should be. I won’t be returning unless serious improvements are made.

so old and terrible looking. everything so old and worn out. not an experience I care to pay for again there. we waited in a long line out the door to get tickets. did fandango and still had to wait for ticket. its a holiday and not near enough people knowing what to do. also you wait for tickets at food line. people handling money and cards are serving food. gross. come on you’d think in this nice area you could do better.

What a great movie theater. Eight small theaters with great sound systems. First run movies in a modern, well designed building. There is a balcony area that is accessed from the lobby that I’m not sure what for..... Prices are reasonable and there are restaurants nearby if you want to have a dinner and a movie. Staff is friendly and efficient. Parking is adequate and fairly close. Great place for all ages to enjoy.

They have a bar inside. You can sip a cocktail and watch a movie. The theater is 35 minutes away from me, but it is worth the drive. The AMC in Milledgeville, which is closer to me, is plain nasty with mold and moths.
