Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

LADIES !!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS CAR WASH !!!! My boyfriend and I caught a black male in a dark gray-ish Chevy impala taking pictures of a woman’s behind as she was bent over cleaning her rugs. To make matters worse… she had a child with her !!!!! This happened last Sunday 9/21 in broad daylight. Today 9/24 I just happen to drive by to run errands and lo and behold ….. I saw him again at the stop sign in front of the car wash. That tells me he had just left from there . The cops were called on Sunday and to be very honest…the cop didn’t seem bothered by it!!! This creep parked by this young lady ..sat there … and I saw him with my own two eyes and my bf is my witness…. Saw him with his phone zooming in on her butt !!! My bf confronted the guy as well as let the young lady know what he was doing ( she had no clue) and he slowly backed up and pulled off. While doing it… he was laughing and smiling!!!!! This seems to be his place to prey on women and who knows .. even children!!!! I can tell his mental health isn’t at its best so please , please please be very careful at this car wash !!! It seems to be his favorite place!!! I wish I would’ve taken pictures of him doing it to really prove it, but I was such in a panic . I did get a picture of his license plate !!!!! We have to look after each other as women , so I really hope this will help !!!

I had an awesome experience at Tidal Wave! The self-serve stations were spotless, easy to use, and had everything I needed to get my car looking brand new again. The equipment was in great condition, and the pressure on the sprayers was perfect—strong enough to get the dirt off without being too aggressive. A big shoutout to Kain English, who was on site and incredibly helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to see someone that attentive at a self-serve location, and his customer service really made a great impression. Highly recommend Tidal Wave to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and convenient place to wash your car. I’ll definitely be back!

Their machine damaged my vehicle on yesterday, and the managers are saying they are not responsible for the damages. On top of the machine snatching all my tires valve stems out and flattening my tires and damaging my custom rims, my vehicle was not clean!!!!! I even pointed out to the managers how bad my vehicle was damaged and still not clean. They looked at the dirt spots on the vehicle and took pictures of my damaged. I was given a card to contact the site leader. He informed me that he would ‘look into it’ but ensured that the company is not responsible. He also advised he would call me today, but I did not receive a telephone call. I went through 2 different attendants and 1 of them washed my vehicle down before entering, but they’re saying that the company is not responsible b/c the valve stem covers were aftermarket. After further investigation I have discovered that their machine has damaged other vehicles in which they always state they are not responsible. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service!!!

As I drove up I noticed the handsome guy at the kiosk(Kain). He was so helpful and easily talked me into an affordable car wash plan. The crew was super on task and my car looked amazing when I left. I will be a repeating customer and recommend them to everyone. Shout out to Kain!

I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Leesburg, GA! Ayden was an outstanding wash attendant—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. The wash itself was thorough, and the free vacuum stations are a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Best car wash in town . Top notch , excellent service. Staff is always on point. Car wash attendant named Aiden took extra time to make sure my truck was clean and ready to wash in the prep line. Very detailed oriented young man , will definitely be back , hope he’s on duty.

I had a wonderful experience at Tidal Wave in Leesburg, GA. Everyone was so friendly and made sure my car was spotless. I will continue to go here!

The attendant today was rude and made me uncomfortable. I came around noon. Typically they are nice but I will probably never come here again. I’d rather drive an additional 9 miles to the nearest car wash 🧼 before I use this establishment again.
