The Leesburg Post Office was very clean. In the main office and in the area where the Post Office boxes are, there wasn't any trash, such as, pieces of ripped up paper from customers unwanted junk mail, rubber bands or any other kind of waste on the floors or the countertops. All the shipping supplies was set up very neatly and well organized, which makes the place look good and also makes them very accessible to anyone who may need them. Unfortunately, this is not the case in every Post Office in the Albany/Leesburg area. The front counter attendant, I believe his name was Shelby Janes, was very nice, neat, organized, respectful and very professional the entire time I was there. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and answered his customers questions promptly and was confident in his answers. I think he does an outstanding job and represents the Leesburg Post Office very well! I only wish that every Post Office had people like him working the counter. I'll gladly drive the extra distance and spend the extra time to visit the Leesburg Post Office with my business where I know I'll have a great experience. It takes high standards and a team effort from management down for a place to look as good and have great service as is the case here. I believe that the counter attendant working today, Shelby Janes, definitely sets the standard here at the Leesburg Post Office. To Shelby and all the other employees here, keep up the great work!

Snail mail. It's like a lottery to whither you get you mail or not. Biggest question as to when you will receive your mail. USPS has gotten to be the worst way to receive anything. Prices are higher and services are worse. Elon Musk could be a great help to improve services.

Package clearly labeled DO NOT BEND. The package was bent and folded, and forced inside the mailbox. The mail carrier leaves the mailbox door opened, The late afternoon rain soaked my mail. I spoke with the carrier, she continues to leave the door opened. I wrote on the black mailbox in White written, PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR. THANKS. Last, my neighbors mail in my mailbox.My neighbors gets my mail. In this neighborhood we deliver the mail to the correct recipients. The Supervisor, at this office is a Joke.

My package was delivered to the wrong house and they failed to retrieve it back! Every time I called the Rep informed me that they will attempt to get the package back but nothing never happened. I spent 30 dollars on that! I get people make mistakes but attempt to fix it at-least

The Lee County post office is terrible. It was not this way years ago. We used to have the same postal carrier and they came during the day and now we have multiple people and they are always changing and they sometimes deliver around or after dark. They mark packages as being delivered and they are not delivered, and this is becoming a weekly thing now. They also state unable to deliver due to address and instead of re-delivering (when we call them) they hold it or return to sender depending on their mood. We have cameras, leave the packages on the porch or put it in the correct box and in the actual area you are supposed to!!! Also, in reference to the cluster box, or parcel locker, leave the correct key in the mailbox, one that fits, and actually leave it for the people to get their item. We should not have to jump through hoops to get the mail or our packages. It's hot outside, long days, maybe not enough pay, whatever it is that makes you not want to do the job right, please fix it. I am filing a formal complaint as I have been patient for too long.

Poor delivery service. They said my address wasn't available even though they delivered my other packages in the past. They are very, very lazy and should be shut down.

Very Frustrating! My mail gets delivered to my neighbors and I receive my neighbors mail. It would be fine if this was a rare occasion, but this happens all the time. This USPS wants you to go and ask for your packages back when they delivered them to the wrong addresses. I have some good neighbors who return my packages, but also have neighbors who don’t. I put this review up in hopes this USPS will be more careful with delivering packages and possibly hire more reliable professionals who can read numbers.

We were suppose to get an important package today. We waited all day, received our regular mail and then get a message stating they tried to deliver it at 9:10pm! Nobody was around my house to deliver anything at that time. I even checked my ring camera to make sure and there was nothing. This is the second time this has happen in the past month and a half.
