We went to see the Video Release Party for The Life of a Showgirl. As soon as we entered the theater we were kindly greeted by a staff member who scanned my online tickets. The girl who sold us the popcorn and drinks was so sweet to my daughter who was handing out Taylor Swift stickers. Every staff member she gave them to was so very gracious about it. And clearly, there were a few who weren't Taylor fans. 🤣🤣 The group of staff members who cleaned our theater between shows was quick and efficient. We only had to wait about 5 minutes. No issues with showing. Just a great time all around! Would recommend for sure.

I have never seen this theater unclean. Customer service was pretty good although sometimes the teens who work here can be a little less friendly maybe that's because they aren't sure how to answer your question regarding promotions or discounts. The concession counter is run efficiently. The restroom was clean. A kid had his feet close by the back of my seat and several times he tapped my seat throughout the movie I was very annoyed by this. Overall I will continue to come to this movie theater.

It was my first time going to this theater and probably the last. The theater looked nice from the parking lot which was honestly deceiving. We got inside and the lobby was nice, but when we got in the actual theater, it was horrible. First and foremost there was a horrendous foul smell that wouldn’t go away! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or updated in years, & the seats did not recline (as was advertised). Not to mention someone had their BARE FEET out in the row behind us near my popcorn. Which is absolutely unacceptable! We had to find different seats which was a disturbance and really made us want to leave. We were highly disappointed in our experience and will not be coming back to this location again.

The new IMAX theater is impeccably clean. The reclining chairs are the best in the area. The surround sound is fantastic, and the big screen is truly impressive!
