Absolutely wonderful staff!! Had a gentleman who helped guide me through the purchase process on the tablet and shared his knowledge with me to help me find the right type of products I was looking for! And Felicia was great on checking me out! She helped me with last minute purchases and was an absolute pleasure! Thank you to everyone on the Sunday Terrabis team!!

First time visiting and I was far from disappointed. Huuuge selection of products. Really nice selection of glass pieces. The lighting and darker atmosphere itself are also really great. You can order online, on your own with their in-store ipads, or directly with an employee. When I was in (mid-October 2025), they were even giving customers a free can of pop with their purchase and Justus allowed me to take an extra home with me for my chronically ill mother. Small gestures truly mean more than most understand and it's really appreciated. They also have a pretty decent rewards/loyalty program. I interacted with both Justus and Raven and they were both fantastic. This place is 100% worth checking out. Hands down 5 stars.

If you’re visiting Terrabis Jon Jon is the man to talk to! He’s very knowledgeable and attentive. He can tell you anything you need to know about any product you’re looking for! His friendly and inviting personality will make you feel comfortable yet educated about your purchase. You literally can’t go wrong with his recommendations. This guy is top notch. Probably one of the quickest visits, but well worth it. Cody M. helped me with everything I wanted & knew the names & effects & helped get me situated. Cody M &Tyler at the register were the most professional people I've ever encountered & helped me enroll in a rewards program they offer. The woman at the entrance was very pleasant to speak to as well. HIGHly recommend this establishment. I am now a mainstay.

I had an awesome experience at Terrabis Grayville thanks to Jon Jon! He was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helped me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain the different options without making it feel overwhelming—and made me laugh along the way too. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about the people he’s helping. If you stop in, definitely ask for Jon Jon—he’s the real deal!
