[1st Visit, Delivery, 24 FEB 2025] (appointment 09:00 / arrival & check-in 06:50 / door 08:20) check-in at the office —-> move to warehouse (5 miles away) —-> submit paperwork & door —-> waiting for unloading at the dock —-> paperwork at the truck *** early check-in available *** fast loading *** poor management

I don't know about the other reviews, I got here a day early for my pickup, the lady got me in without hesitation and got loaded, also if you ask politely you can get overnight parking, ONLY IF there is room to park at the back, and if you don't block anyone

The people they have working in the check in office here is extremely rude and lazy. If they don't want to work then quit. Businesses need to manage their business more efficiently and staff for efficiency.
