Excellent Service from Start to Finish The entire service experience was outstanding. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and the technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was able to quickly identify the issue and got to the bottom of it without delay. He then fixed the problem efficiently, all while being professional, polite, and respectful throughout the visit. It’s not often you come across service this smooth and reliable. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again. Great job!

They tried hanging the dryer vent with zip ties and when that didn’t work, they left the duct and mess they created on the floor. The room was clean and orderly bc a tenant is moving in this afternoon. When I asked him to clean his mess, he said he didn’t bring the mess with him, but he made the mess.

Professional and fast! I had issue with my LG fridge not being cold enough. I reached out to LG support and they sent a technician from Home and Appliance Medic to help me take a look at the fridge. The technician promptly did all the troubleshooting and helped me replace the compressor. The fridge is working like new now. Highly recommended!

Just called to inquire about an issue with my dryer. After explaining the situation, the owner educated me on the issue and explained that it is not actaully an issue but how a gas appliance works and told me I didn't need services. I found this very honest and educational. I would highly recommend such a business, and this will be my go-to for any appliance repairs.
